Call for papers: Training and education in ophthamology and vision sciences

Projection based on data from the Department of Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) forecasts that Ophthalmology is one of the medical specialties with the lowest rate of projected workforce adequacy by 20351, with major geographic disparities. It's essential to develop intentional approaches to broaden and diversify access to Ophthalmology education and research, as well as inspiring young minds to join the field. Motivated by this compelling need, this special issue invites articles that focus on training and education in Ophthalmology.
